Our Experience
The team at Success Coordination have extensive knowledge and experience in Health and Disabilty having worked in the industry for many years. Ww have a wealth of local knowlege and experience with services, systems and the NDIS that we wish to share with you. We have a strong desire to provide NDIS participants with compassion, understanding and support. The goal is to help our clients build their capacity and NDIS knowledge to navigate the scheme sucessfully. Staff have personal lived experience of navigating the NDIS.

Our Approach
The NDIS can be difficult to navigate and cause stress and uncertainty for many participants and their families. Our service provides personalised support to make sure that your NDIS plan is providing you with the supports you need. At Success Coordination, we work with you to develop your NDIS plan, customise services and supports and support you when things may change.
We will keep you up-to-date with our progress and are always happy to talk with you about your supports especially if they need changing or no longer working for you. Our goal is to make your NDIS journey as stress-free as possible!

What we offer
Success Coordination offers Level 2 Coordination of Supports, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to Self and Plan Managed NDIS participants.
And if our service isn't the one for you, we can provide you with advice and direction to other services and supports that may help.
